We run four film festivals (London, Berlin, Paris, New York Film Week) and a worldwide membership community (Film House). We are a passionate team united by our love of cinema and our belief in its power to bring people together.

Our rapidly growing company is seeking a highly-motivated individual with a background in marketing and a passion for film to join our team to lead the marketing strategy, build awareness for the Film Weeks, and fuel subscriber growth for Film House.


  • Develop brand marketing strategies and plan and execute campaigns
  • Identify and cultivate key strategic partnerships and define long term goals for growth
  • Collaborate with our in-house creative team to produce key artwork and additional assets for a multitude of media
  • Craft campaign strategies across Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, Google and beyond
  • Build email campaigns
  • Keep a constant eye on performance metrics — analyzing and evaluating all marketing activities to determine impact and optimizing to continuously improve KPIs


  • Passionate about quality cinema
  • A strong copywriter and great communicator
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, highly self-motivated, capable of managing deadlines
  • A keen project manager who can take ownership of working processes and find ways to improve them
  • Knowledgeable and excited about the digital landscape
  • Diligent and obsessed with the details


  • 2-5 years experience in marketing
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field
  • This position is currently remote, though London-based is preferred

Salary: Dependent on experience.
